In the past, people found a method quite similar to sous vide cooking but far more complicated: They used steam cookers, a timer and a current regulator to control the cooking time and temperature.
People have a better choice now. Smart sous vide cookers allow us to master the entire cooking process with portable devices via either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It sounds great but the devil is in the detail. In this article, we are going to find out whether this kitchen gadget could really work as expected. We will give an in-depth examination of functions including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, App usability, and temperature and power consumption control.

Mobile communication technologies have been flourishing incredibly in recent years, and 4G LTE has become one of the most compelling innovations. These innovations also give rise to products that support mobile network applications, such as portable routers and LTE routers. LTE routers enable users to share mobile connectivity over Wi-Fi or Ethernet. When LTE routers transmit mobile data via different interfaces, defects in product design or compatibility issues between chipsets and hardware devices might degrade throughput performance.

With the rapid development of technology, there is a growing demand for high-speed audio and video data transmission. The connectors and cables used by our daily public are gradually upgrading. For example, the specification of HDMI has evolved from HDMI 2.0 to HDMI 2.1, and the transmission rate is enhanced from 6.0 Gbps to 8.1Gbps. Moreover, the speed of USB 3.2 Gen 2 also reached 10 Gbps, and it is expected that USB4 will reach 20 Gbps as well, which is the same as Thunderbolt3.

In recent years, image detection technology has been extensively researched and developed by academic institutions to bring the quality of smart cameras to the next level.
The visual recognition technology has been widely employed to face recognition, human motion capture, automatic license plate recognition (ALPR), and optical character recognition (OCR).

Automation is currently the goal of implementation in all areas. Allion is working to transform the testing of each Logo into automation, include instrument automation, data analyzing and capturing data into a formal report. Allion completes all the test data through the instrument automation and then integrates the collected data into a complete report. Via combining these two technologies to complete the automation, it could save labor costs, improve work efficiency and reduce the error rate of human operation.
