Allion Shenzhen Provides Thunderbolt Return Loss Test

Accredited by Intel, Allion Shenzhen can now provide Thunderbolt™ 3 Return Loss Test, assisting clients in the process and meet the requirements of Thunderbolt™ specification.

By using the USB Type-C interface, the new Thunderbolt 3 controller is able to connect to docking stations, displays, and other supported devices and transfer data for up to 40Gbsps through one universal port. The new controller provides numerous new applications and implementations, including dual 4K video display and fully protocols support for PCIe 3.0, USB, HDMI 2.0, and DisplayPort 1.2. It also allows the certified products to deliver up to 100W power supply.

Allion Labs: The NEW LoRa Alliance™ Test House in Asia
The 9th LoRa Alliance™ All Members Meeting, Open House & Market Place (AMM) was held in Suzhou, China, October 17-20, 2017. The event attracted 600+ attendees from household and commercial tech industries, including ZTE, Cisco, ARM, and Alibaba. Besides sharing the latest information of LoRaWAN™, LoRa Alliance™ also announced Allion Labs as its NEW Test House in Asia.

Allion JP @CEATEC Japan 2017

Allion Japan, invited by Bluetooth SIG, attended CEATEC Japan 2017 from October 3 to 6. Our Bluetooth Qualification Expert (BQE), Itsuo Sakai, was there for offering technical consulting for Certification Test of Bluetooth 5. Bluetooth SIG also displayed their latest technology “Bluetooth Mesh,” which is believed to be one of the main solutions of the upcoming IoT Era.
Allion's DP Workshop @Shanghai
After rounding off September in Tokyo, Allion’s DisplayPort 1.4/Alt Mode Workshop is once again held in Shanghai today.  In order to provide the best service to our clients, we hosted DP 1.4/Alt Mode Plugfest session. All the attendees are able to use our “DP1.4 Certified 8K monitor” and the “bi-direction USB Type-C to DP cable” to implement compatibility test.
Allion @HK Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition)
Hong Kong Electronics Fair has been held in Hong Kong, October 13-16. Including Google, Amazon, Mobileye, Huawei, and Tencent, 4300+ tech industries were invited to show their latest IoT technologies. Dedicating to certificate and validate digital products for years, Allion also attended the event, offering technical consulting for thousands of vendors and customers.
Allion @USB DevDays in Taipei
The 2017 USB Developer Days have been successfully rounded off in Vancouver and Taipei in October. Besides releasing the latest USB 3.2 Specification, USB-IF also specified USB PD 3.0 and discussed the issues of “fast charging technology.” As the tier 1 partner of USB-IF, Allion again sponsored the event and provided technical consulting for the new technologies.
